Return & Refund Policy
3.1 The “Chef’s Satisfaction” Guarantee
At KitchenKins, we believe a tool should feel like an extension of your hand. We offer a 7-Day Inspection Period. However, due to hygiene standards regarding food-contact items, specific “Usage Rules” apply.
3.2 The “Unused & Unseasoned” Protocol
To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
- Non-Contact Status: The item must not have been used for cooking. Once a pan has been “seasoned” or a blender has processed food, it is no longer eligible for a standard return due to health regulations.
- Original Packaging: Boxes for high-end appliances must be intact. Do not discard the internal Styrofoam or manual.
- The “Out-of-Box” Defect: If an appliance (e.g., a hand mixer) fails to power on upon arrival, we provide an Immediate Replacement via our “Priority-Kins” logistics.
3.3 Warranty & Repair Cycles
- Mechanical Warranty: Smart appliances carry a 12-Month KitchenKins Warranty covering motor defects. This does not cover “User-Error” (e.g., dropping a glass blender jar).
- Coating Longevity: We do not offer refunds for “scratched” non-stick surfaces caused by using metal spoons; we highly recommend our “Kins-Silicone” toolset for all coated pans.
3.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Consumables: Sharpening stones (once used), cleaning chemicals, and customized wooden chopping boards.
- Final Sale Items: “Damaged-Box” clearance deals.
