2.2 Product Utility & Safety Disclaimers
- The “Sharp Edge” Clause: KitchenKins sells professional-grade cutlery. By purchasing, the user acknowledges that these tools are extremely sharp and require proper handling. We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper technique or lack of safety gear (e.g., cut-resistant gloves).
- Heat & Material Integrity: Our “High-Heat” cookware is rated for specific temperatures. Using a “Stovetop-Only” pan in a 500°C commercial tandoor or oven voids all warranties.
- Food-Grade Certification: We warrant that all silicone, nylon, and coated products are 100% BPA-free and meet international LFGB food-safety standards.
2.3 Pricing, Customs, and “The Chef’s Discount”
Prices are in PKR. While we strive for accuracy, “Flash Sales” on high-demand items (like 7-piece Granite sets) are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if price-glitches occur due to technical “boils.”
